DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are not enrolled in any managed care plans. The majority of our patients use the out-of-network benefits offered by their insurance companies in order to be reimbursed for all or part of the cost of the visit. Our staff will help submit claims to your insurance carrier on your behalf.

DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN MEDICARE?

We do not participate in Medicare, however, we do our best to order all tests from facilities that participate with Medicare. Other than the office visit, EKG fees or emergency lab tests, all tests should be covered as dictated by Medicare policy.

WHAT HOSPITALS ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH?

New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Hospital for Special Surgery.

WHAT AGE RANGE DO YOU TREAT?

Any patient 18 or older.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Especially for first appointments, please bring a list of medications, your insurance card, and any test reports in your possession including labs, EKGs, stress tests and x-rays. We also like to see vaccination records if you have them available. Anything you don’t have we will gladly obtain from your other doctors. When you schedule your appointment, please let our staff know the names of any doctors you would like us to call for records and we’ll try and get them in advance of your visit.
